The number of obese people in the world is increasing at an alarming rate day by day. As such, this problem needs the serious attention it deserves before it gets out of control. There are good/bad both sides of obesity with the bad side far outweighing the good side. In this article we will try to discuss both sides of the obesity problem. First of all let’s talk about the good sides of being obese. Well, there is nothing especially good about being obese then again we can say Obese people can feel more powerful in size.

Sometimes people get scared of obese people and thus avoid them.Easy to get the job of security guard. On the other hand there are lots of dreadful sides and effects of being obese. To be an obese is not a blessing at all. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention More than 36 percent of Americans are considered obese. So if this is the picture of the modern world, then I can’t think about the future world condition if things go south. I am trying to discuss some of the negative sides of obesity. I believe there is countless of those.

Heart: Our heart feels the severe effect of obesity. The arteries get harder and thicker with the growing fat in the arteries. The muscle itself works harder which can result in the formation of blood clots which can make other conditions worse. Because of the hardening of the blood vessels, the blood circulation in the body suffers.

Colon: Colon is one of the most important organs in the body. Obesity is among the main causes of colon cancer. It frequently occurs in both obese men and women.

Brain: it’s like the central processing unit of the whole body as brain controls us in every possible way. The link between the heart and brain is Obvious thus, if the heart is facing problems due to obesity, the brain won’t work as required. As a result body functions can collapse.

Skin: Stretch marks on the body skin, poor vein function, redness and irritation are some of the problems we see on the skin caused by obesity problem.

Depression, anxiety, low quality life, low self-esteem, and generally feeling ill are some of the side effects of being obese.

There are lots of social effects on an obese person like they have fewer friends, they rarely attend the regular classes which affects their grades in their level of education which means they barely get employment and since they are not active people, they rarely make the highly paid employee list. Consequently, their relationships seem to suffer and thus, few make it to the altar. Such factors in their social lives highly contribute to the depression that’s common with their ilk which in many cases leads to suicides.

Those are basically some of the negative side of the obesity problem. There are lots of attentive promotions and medication nowadays in the world with the aim of preventing the problem of obesity. Phentermine clinics are there to help obese people with the medication while nutritionists are there to advice obese people the best dietary therapy which lead to a healthy and wealthy life.

Everyone who is afflicted by obesity problem should start being serious about this matter and start seeking the best help. The awareness should be done from the children to the adults sensitizing them that it’s not healthy to be obese.
